Engr. (Chief) Amsat Ishola

Engr. Ishola was born in November 1954 and had both his O’ and A’ Level GCEs in 1972 and 1974 respectively at St. Augustine’s College, Cape Coast after which he proceeded to University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, in Ghana. He graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Civil Engineering. In order to achieve his goals of managerial skills, he proceeded to University of Lagos, Akoka, in Nigeria where he obtained his Masters in Business Administration (1981).

Engr. Ishola is a professional with international reputations and has worked and held various positions before becoming the chairman of Mycrocycle Global Industries:

• Managing Director/CEO, Kresta Laurel Limited – (2004 – 2005)
• Deputy Managing Director, Kresta Laurel Limited – (2001 – 2004)
• General Manager : Operations, Stabilini Visinoni Limited – (1999 – 2001)
• Assistant General Manager, UTC Schindler Lifts – (1991 – 1999)
• Contracts Manager, Dorman Long and Amalgamated – (1986 – 1991)
• Product Manager : Steel, UTC Nigeria Plc – (1986)
• Project Manager, Modular Group Architects – (1982 – 1986)
• Project Engineer, Kaduna State Water Board – (1979 – 1980)

He’s a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers, COREN and the Nigerian Institute of Management. Engr. Ishola is a transformational and effective leader that emphasizes teamwork and empowerment because he believes leadership is a partnership. He has motivating and coaching skills that brilliantly show his integrity and creative problem solving skills. Further, he has fundamental understanding of ideas, techniques, leading edge technologies, trends and new discoveries/innovations in managing our entire services to see that our clients/customers’ goals are achieved within specified time and with least cost.

Engr. Ishola is also the MD/CEO of Samtak Nigeria Limited. He’s married with kids.
